Shipping Origin

Orders are currently fulfilled from our international fulfillment location in Turkey and shipped to customers in the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 4–7 business days, depending on the destination within the United States.

Total estimated delivery time, including order processing, is usually 5–9 business days.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders via trusted express carriers such as FedEx or UPS to provide secure, trackable, and reliable delivery.

Tracking Information

All orders include shipment tracking. Customers will receive tracking details by email once the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

All U.S. website orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Global Toner Depot pays all applicable customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance and brokerage charges.

These charges are included in the final price. Customers will not be asked to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance, brokerage, or other import-related charges upon delivery.
