REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Global Toner Depot, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Timeframe
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Conditions for Toner Cartridges
Due to the nature of genuine OEM toner cartridges, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for toner cartridges that have been opened, unsealed, or installed, unless the product is proven to be defective.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@globaltonerdepot.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product), Global Toner Depot will cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (ordering the wrong model, changing your mind), the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
